This site exists to answer one kind of question: a coated part failed, and someone needs to know which process step to look at first.
Zinc and zinc-alloy coatings on fasteners and small components: passivation, sealing, dehydrogenation, salt-spray testing, friction and assembly, bath operation and cost. The scope stops at the coating line — we do not cover plating equipment design, effluent treatment or line layout.
We do not sell chemicals, quote prices, sign contracts or handle goods and invoices. Technical enquiries that need product supply are forwarded to the manufacturer or its authorised channel, with the enquirer's consent.
Plating shop process engineers, fastener manufacturers, automotive tier suppliers, and quality engineers who have to close a corrective action.
Full content in Chinese and English. The two versions are maintained together; the language switch is in the header.
Photographs show typical appearance states of coated fasteners and housings. They are appearance references, not test reports, and are labelled as such.
